1. Election

a. A 15% quorum of 19 dues paying members = 2.85 members,

i. So, we must have 3 dues paying members present to hold an election.

b. All officer positions have 2-year terms

i. All officers have held their positions for at least 2 years,

ii. Therefore, all positions are open for nominations

1. President Steve Winchell is not running for president.

3. Winter preparations

a. Treat, treat, treat for mites

b. 8 to 10 frames of honey

i. Getting to be too cold for 2:1 syrup

c. Solid sugar on top

i. Mt. Camp

ii. Sugar cakes

iii. Candy Board

d. Insulate between inner and outer covers

e. Side insulation

i. Legislature voted NO to fund

ii. Pesticide applicators raised their annual license fees to fund it themselves.
